Live Active Leisure

Live Active Leisure is the Independent Sports & Fitness Trust for the whole of Perth and Kinross and Red String are proud to represent them in a number of areas including press, stakeholder engagement, marketing projects and their ambitious PH20 project.

For the past five years we have co-ordinated and written their Annual Achievement Report, which not only documents and records successes of the year gone by, but also gives the senior management team in LAL an engaging, accessible tool with which to demonstrate the impact they have on the communities they serve as well as stakeholders, members and users.

Red String Involvement:

Turnkey project management from information collation to delivery for print

Collation of key achievements from 18 senior head office and venue managers

Co-ordination of facts to bring a cohesive, engaging story to each report

Writing of the 32 page document, following up missing info to ensure a full and accurate report is produced

Liaising with LAL’s Head of Business Planning & Development for proofing and sign off

The image selection, design and layout of the report with rewriting to fit as we go(since 2017)

Delivered for sign off to Chief Executive and volunteer Board of Directors

Overview:

This is a fantastic project which we are proud to have delivered for the past six years. In 2017 the decision was made to produce a six-monthly report at which point we offered design services via our design associate, Cain Creates. We have continued this full delivery service with the 2018 Annual Achievement Report.
